The Amna Begum Community Welfare Trust was founded in 2010 by Mrs Amtul Akhtar, daughter of Ms Amina Begum. Working primarily in the northern remote areas of Pakistan, the charity aims to support underpriviledged members of society with their basic needs. This includes food, housing, education and skill-training. The primary focus is on assisting orphans and students in their education to help integrate them into mainsteam life out of poverty.
